We held our first Traxgo Academy session, with the theme "How to save time and money? An efficient approach to marketing, sales and service" on Thursday, 25 April 2019, for our customer Smart Solutions at their offices. Three different topics were discussed during this seminar.
In the first, "Generate targeted leads for more sales", Rudy Vuylsteke (Vuylsteke & Partners) and Mieke De Weerdt (Hummingbirds) took us along a fascinating sales and marketing journey. After a dynamic presentation by Frederick Verhelst (CEO of Smart Solutions), the role of Traxgo in the day-to-day operation of the company was explained by marketer Leylah Alliet under the title "Caring for satisfied customers". In the third and final topic, "IT tools to support your marketing, sales and service", project manager Giovanni da Costa immersed the attendees in the efficient Traxgo CRM and ERP solutions.
The successful evening ended with drinks and appetisers.
